Windows 7 PC not recognizing Stim Tracker

Hello,

I have a Cedrus StimTracker and a PC with 32-bit Windows 7. I tried setting up the StimTracker by following the instructions at http://www.cedrus.com/support/stimtracker/tn1403_install_usb_win.htm, but the “Found New Hardware” dialog never pops up after I plug in the USB cable and turn on the StimTracker, so I’m not sure how to proceed. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

This happens on rare occasions. It might be best to schedule a time to get tech support over the phone. I will contact you via private message to schedule a time.

(Issue solved over the phone, we just had to uninstall the USB drivers and then reconnect the StimTracker.)
