Am trying to get RB-834 working with Presentation on Windows 7 64-bit OS but no joy. Have found this very straightforward on older PC with 32-bit OS.
From the Cedrus webpage
"Older units can still work with the Cedrus-supplied drivers, on all versions of Mac OS and all 32-bit versions of Windows. But unfortunately, they will not work with the 64-bit versions of Windows XP, Vista, or Windows 7.
To insure that your response pad will work on all recent computers, please follow these steps."
Does this mean that the Cedrus RBs will not work with 64-bit OS? or that I just need to download a driver for a 64-bit OS? I have tried following the steps but there is no driver found. The RB is showing up under Control Panel, Devices & printers as an
RB-x30 Response Box, unknown, drivers not installed (Code 28). Is there somewhere I can get a driver and install manually?
