Stimtracker Connection Issue

We are using Stimtracker with BIOPAC MP150, and recently there have been connection issues with the audio ports. We have changed the connection cables for the audio IN and OUT, but occasionally there are connection issues and the stimtracker is not recorded on Acqknowledge software. Is this a common problem, and if so, is there a fix aside from purchasing a new machine? Thanks.

This is the first time we have heard of this. Is the behavior consistent for particular trials? The problem might be with the threshold not being set sensitive enough.
