Response Pads and Windows 7

I have old response pads over 2 years old. We’ve recently upgraded to Windows 7 32 bit and SuperLab 4.5 I can’t get windows 7 to recognise the response pads.

I’ve tried to follow the online instructions I uninstalled previous drivers and when I plug in the response pad I get a dialogue box saying “Device driver software was not successfully installed”.

The setup for Window 7 is different I can’t get to the stage where I can point it to the Cedrus folder where the drivers are (step 4). Anyone any suggestions on what I’m doing wrong?

Still can’t load response pads

Can anyone offer advice on how to get Windows 7 to recognise the response pads? Really need to get them up and running this week.
