reconfiguring response box problem - EPrime doesn't see Cedrus

Hello

My EPrime 2 does not recognise my Cedrus response box. I have both PST Port I/O Driver and PST Serial Response Box Driver in Device Manager. I do not have anything under Ports. I followed these instructions http://www.cedrus.com/support/rb_series/tn1059_mprog.htm
but am stuck at Step 4 - i do not have any ‘found new hardware’ wizard! Until Step 4, all seemed to have worked fine.

What do i need to do? Anyone else had similar issues and managed to get the response box to work with Eprime?
