RB-834 installation problem

Hello,

I’m trying to in install the just arrived RB-834 on a PC running XP pro (2002 SP3) but once the pad is plugged in, Win does not find a suitable driver.
Any suggestion?

When did you purchase the RB-834? Was it before last September?
