Hi. I would like to update m-pod’s (for parallel port) firmware. Unfortunately, the Xidon 2 could not detect adequately m-pod’s via response pad or StimTracker.
I used a response pad (firmware version 2.2.7). But, the Xidon 2 detected a response pad with m-pod as firmware version -1-1. Then, the PIC32 application informed “No response from the device”.
Please give me some advice.
We’ve seen this error condition only once before and it went away by itself after a restart.
Please restart your computer and StimTracker. Does the error still happen?
Thank you for your prompt response. I restarted my devices, the error still happened. Could you provide the previous version (e.g., version 2.0.5 ) of the response pad’s firmware?
I strongly recommend against going back to version 2.0.5 of the firmware. It does not support m-pod.

I re-installed the Xidon 2. Fortunately, my m-pod was adequately detected!!
