Hello,
I have followed all instructions to setup Superlab Remote with SuperLab 6.1 on my Mac. I am able to create the remote package and send it to another computer. However, I have tried running the package using the instructions for participants on 2 other Macs, and the program will not run. The screenshot shows the error that appears when trying to run the Remote version of the experiment. Please let me know how to fix this issue.

We’ve updated the participants instructions on Mac page to add the following:
- Move the “SuperLab 6 Remote” app out of the folder that it’s in, and then move it back.
This is an Apple security feature called translocation and there is no way at present around this additional step.
I’m having the same problem. I move the SuperLab 6 Remote app out of the folder and back. Double click and it says are you sure you want to open, I click open and nothing happens.
Can you send me an email? it would be best to use screen sharing. It’s likely to be an issue with the setup.
