Hello. I’m having an issue with SuperLab Remote. When the user runs the “Run Remote Package” file SuperLab opens a window saying that it can’t locate the stimulus or images used in the experiment.
What do you recommend? The image files I used in my experiment are all in a single folder.
If SuperLab 6 itself is able to locate the stimuli files, then SuperLab Remote should be able to locate them as well. Have you checked in SuperLab 6? Also, after you locate the files in SuperLab 6, make sure to save it.
I am having the same issue. The experiment runs fine in Superlab 6 and runs fine on some computers, but on others it gives me this error message when I open it.
All the image files are certainly in the package. If I go in and locate one of the files manually it will then auto-locate all the rest.
Is there a solution to this?
