Superlab 6X Cloud Problems

Several days ago I got a message that my Cloud account was out of room, so I deleted a bunch of old experiments and data. Since then, I’m having all sorts of trouble. To be specific, subjects can’t get the program to start, when I try to download the experiment SuperLab crashes, when I download data and try to unzip, there is a message that the file is not compatible. I’m working on two different Macs. Does anyone know what is happening.

Hello Debra, not sure exactly what’s going on, but there is the possibility that once experiments are deleted, the cloud backend keeps them around for 30 days just in case.
