Stimulus presentation Timing

We are making a basic Stroop RT task.

We have set it up so that each event ends when the participant provides a response (pressing either 1 or 9), but currently the stimulus stays on screen until the participant responds.

We would like to only have the stimulus presented for a brief time (e.g., 1500ms) and then have a blank screen until the participant responds to end the event.

Does anyone have any advice/information about how we should do this?

You will need one trial linked to two events. For the first event, set it to end on a time limit, which is found under the Input tab in the Event Editor. Set the second event to end After any response from the participant.
