Sound file wont play through

HELP!

We have a sound file that is about 2 minutes maybe a little longer. It plays through about half of it when it is presented…and then crashes.

Can anyone please advise?

Do we need to cut the sound file to less than this amount of time?

We also are playing it using the sound option, not audio because it would not play is this mode.

Is there anyway you can post your experiment? If so, please post as an Experiment Package, which is found under the File menu within SuperLab.
