We are attempting to renew the licence on one of our computers running Superlab 4.5. Going into Help - License menu gives us the error message that “port 5972 is blocked”. In the past we have used the manual activation process to renew the licence. But in this instance when Superlab fails to communicate with the licence server it doesn’t offer the manual activation option.
There is still a little over a week left on the licence time period we renewed last year. Once the licence duration has expired will the manual activation option become available to us again?
