Reaction times - self paced reading

Hello

Can anyone tell me if it is possible and if so how I can get individual reaction times for sub events (each sentence) using self paced reading. I can only get cumulative reaction times for the whole event.

I can’t believe I didn’t think of this a week ago when you first asked… all you have to do is check “Reset RT timer” in the event editor. This will reset the timer for each sub event, so your output will no longer be cumulative.

If you don’t check this, then your response times are relative to the first event in the trial that saves a response–hence your cumulative values.
