After installing the driver for new RB 730 hardware, the experimental software continues to give an error that the RB730 hardware cannot be found when I run an experiment. The driver installed properly. Anyone else experience this problem?
Is this on Windows or Mac? We’ve found that on Windows, the driver often needs to be installed twice.
It’s not that it needs to be installed twice–there are two separate drivers that get installed. The first is for the USB-to-RS232 serial adapter that is built in. The second defines a serial port. If you skip the second, no COM port will be created, so the device won’t be found.
