I set up my PST SRBOX as an input to capture a vocal reaction to a stimulus. Any ideas why Superlab will not recognize it? It’s working fine with EPrime, so I know it’s not the box. Thank you.
Do the COM port and baud rate settings match those of the SRBOX? That’s usually the most likely culprit.

Thanks Hisham, yes I checked that. And I went ahead and tried it on all possible settings too…and on two different machines.
I’ll be out of the office until Monday or Tuesday. When I come back, I’ll try SuperLab with a real SRBOX as well as with one of our own response pads running in SRBOX emulation.
I saw in your other post that you are a Mac user. Are you trying the SRBOX on a Mac or PC? It has been tested on both platforms, but thought I’d ask to make my troubleshooting perhaps a little easier on Monday.
