multiple types of input

It would be really nice if one could use multiple types of input within a single experiment. For example, string input for some parts and button box for others.

SuperLab 4 is capable of using multiple input devices. For certain input types (e.g. string input), you can require a correct response to have been defined in order to enable the input device.

In the participant input dialog, this is configured under the options tab for the input devices supported. With string input, for example, you can tell SuperLab to only show the edit field if an event designates a string input response as correct.

In 4.0.1, this feature is available for keyboard, string input, and mouse, and with 4.0.2, we have expanded this feature to also be available for SV-1 and Microphone input.
