This might be a stupid question, but how long can audio input be? I am hoping to run an experiment where the participant keeps talking for 2-5 minutes after each stimulus. Is this possible to do? Or will I have to record their speech using different software?

If you want to record what the participant is saying you will have to use an external device/software. SuperLab can give the output for reaction times on voice response. Also, how would you want the event to move on after the participant is done speaking? SuperLab considers one word or sound until there is a pause as the input.
You can have SuperLab end based on key press instead. So when the participant is done talking they can press a key to move on the the next event. However, the data file will be filled with rows saying “SV-1 keypress”.
