Fixation display

I’m trying to construct an experiment in which auditory and visual stimuli are presented sequentially before a participant response is required. I would like to have a fixation cross maintain a position at the centre of the screen throughout the experiment.

I can do this with auditory stimuli by simply presenting a picture file before the sound, however, I cannot find how to do this with visual stimuli. I would be very grateful for any advice…

If the visual stimuli are not overlapping the fixation cross, then go into your visual stimulus events and choose Settings within the Event Editor. Then, select the Presentation Options tab and select “Erase Screen” under At Event End.
