We currently have 36 license for SuperLab v6 which are activated on 34 machines.
We need to deactivate these licenses so they can be moved to different machines.
There does not appear to be a deactivation option, can you please advise how we go about doing this?
Indeed, it is not possible to deactivate a SuperLab activation on a computer. SuperLab 4.0.x did allow for deactivation, but doing so involved hiding some files on your computer disk; it caused all sorts of problems with IT, so we got rid of that method starting with SuperLab 4.5.
