I’m not sure that I am correctly understanding the use of the code values. I have a bunch of trials that consist of an event and a varying ISI (not picked randomly by the computer). Is there anyway to identify the ISI in its own excel column in the output by using code values? New to this program…just trying to learn my way around it. Thanks!
You can have the ISI appear in its own column, but to do this, you set the ISI values as a trial variable–not as a code value.
Code Values can be looked at as a way to mark an event or trial as having (or having had) a certain condition in order to more easily categorize things. This categorization could happen in a macro, it could determine a correct response, or it could simply show up in the data file.
