I am trying to run a vision experiment where I want to flash an image for exactly 1 ms in Superlab.
How can I make that possible? I know achieving an accuracy of 1 ms is not possible with monitors but we are willing to have an accuracy of 10ms.

You can do a 10ms precision if you have a monitor with a 100Hz refresh rate.
