Still haing trouble with license

My license still does not work properly. Even with the new version that was sent out everytime I start up superlab it says hard disks error and “not activated”. I click ok (activate?) and it seems to work but I don’t know if this is eating up another copy of my 20 license pack. Please help fix this problem.
