Overlapping text and video: Choosing which is on top

Hello,

In my experiment, I am presenting a video event and a text event at the same. I want the text event to be layered ‘on top’ of the video event for the duration of the video.

I changed the ordering of the events so the text starts out ‘on top’ of the video, but as soon as the video starts playing, Superlab brings the video to the front of the display and covers up the text.

Is there a way to force the text event to remain on top of the video event, even when the video is playing?

No, there isn’t. The explanation depends on the platform, but suffice it to say that the concept is incompatible with SuperLab 4–both in the user interface and in the internal implementation.
