I’m new to SuperLab. I’m trying to set up an experiment where the participant has to choose, by clicking on it, one of the options simultaneously presented on the screen.
I would like to represent every option with a different text or picture file.

Go to Participant Input from the Experiment menu, here select Mouse or Touch Screen. This is where you will set up your click-able responses.
Thank you! I have one more question about it: is it possible to give the subject a feedback of the answer he gave, maybe by making the picture upon which he clicked disappear?
As of right now, feedback can be presented only on a correct or incorrect response. However in SuperLab 5, which will be released this summer, feedback can be based on what key was pressed.
