Movies won't insert in SL 4.0.7b - error message attached

In event editor when I select to insert a movie I get an error message (the .txt file in the attached zip) telling me I need Direct X v 9 and hardware acceleration enabled - if you have a look at the jpeg within the zip file you can see I have both of these and also that I am running a dual head G450 at 1280 x 1024 on each monitor. Any idea what I need to do to correct this?

Do you have VMR9 enabled? The error message is explicit about this.

Thanks. I think the issue may be that VMR9 is not supported by the driver I have for my dula head graphics card - do you have any reccomendations for dual head cards?
