How to get technical support

I assume that this is not the way to get help with an experiment that is crashing. To whom there do I address the problem?

I received the crash report that SuperLab emails directly. I’ll take a look at it in a little bit.

I looked at the crash reports and unfortunately they did not contain helpful information (sometimes they do, sometimes they don’t). However, it looked like you weren’t using the latest version 4.0.7 which is a free update.
