Error in playing the sound

Hi,

I am having a major issue with Superlab playing the complete sound list.
The event is an audio file selected from a list of mp3 files (the version that I am using supports mp3 and I need to use this format). Unfortunately, it plays only some of sounds files and not others. At some point during the presentation instead of a sound there is silence and at the end of the experiment this error message appears:

'wxSound- cOUND NOT OPEN FILE: /'FILE LOCATION/
Error:-2048 (error 0:Unknown error:0)

I have tried to create a new, different folder but the error persists.

We highly recommend you upgrade to the newest version of SuperLab and convert your mp3 files. Older versions of SuperLab may have audio bugs that the current version does not have. We will not be able to troubleshoot properly unless you are using SuperLab 4.5.3.
