I am trying to display the start of multiple text stimulus (short phrases) in the same location. However since the phrases vary in length the starting point of the text changes (since the position is measured from the center of the text). I was wondering if there was a way to change this so every text stimulus was presented in the same location.
By default, stimuli are presented at the center of the screen based off their center point.
However, this can easily be changed. Open the Event Editor, click Settings…, click on the Position tab, and select Center Left in the drop down list at the bottom of the dialog:
Apply this to all relevant text events for the alignment that you desire.
