I have been using SUperlab for awhile but today it gave me an error that has a bunch of HTML code on it. Couldn’t upload the screenshot of it. Urgent. please help!
Sorry about that! Cedrus.com is having an outage. We are working to fix it. That HTML that you are seeing is due to SuperLab trying to check for updates, and finding some HTML error response instead of the usual version info.
In SuperLab 5.0.3 and 5.0.4 that issue was patched.
You should be able to either upgrade:
http://www.superlab.com/v5/files/superlab-5.0.4.exe (Windows)
http://www.superlab.com/v5/files/superlab-5.0.4.dmg (Mac)
… or disconnect from the Internet temporarily while working with SuperLab. Either approach should allow you to work without having that HTML message interfere.
