Can I provide 4 different feedbacks to 4 different responses from subjects?

In one part of my experiment, I have to record a string of input generated from the subjects. After the subject has pressed any of the 4 keys (4 different responses), can I give corresponding different feedback?

I only find ways to give feedback to 2 different responses (“correct” and “incorrect” responses).

Can anybody help? Thanks.

Unfortunately, you are right. Feedback can be provided only based on correctness or reaction time.
