When the RT results came out on the file, how can I interpret these numbers?? Because I need them in miliseconds, and as far as I can undestand those are not miliseconds.

They are in milliseconds.
In the Input tab of the Event Editor, there is a checkbox titled Reset RT timer. If none of the events in the trial have this checkbox turned on, then all RTs are measured relative to the onset of the first event in the trial. Otherwise, all RTs are measured relative to the onset of the event that resets the RT timer.

Sorry! but I tried what you told me about this Reset RT timer, but I’m still in doubt, so these are the numbers that I got when I tried to read them through excel, are you telling me that the way they are expressed is correct? in milliseconds? for instance it shoud be 1.289 milliseconds in the first line? and 0.497 in the second??? sorry again but thanks for helping!!

No, that’s 1289 milliseconds, or 1.289 seconds, and the second line is 481 milliseconds or .481 seconds.
