How do I set the reaction time to start at the onset of the end of the auditory stimuli? For example hear the word “old”, I want the timer to begin when the verbal part of it ends at the end of /d/.

I think that’s what Superlab does by default, if you select “Wait for audio to finish playing”. You should try it and see.

Yes, if you wait for the file to finish playing, then the RT timer is reset at the end of the stimulus. If you don’t wait, the RT timer is reset at the onset of the stimulus.
