I have a problem in my experiment in SuperLab 4.0.5 for windows.
I have an event and if the participant gives the wrong answer it must appers a movie like feedback. The same when the participant gives the wright answer.
The problem is that movie image doesn’t appear, only the sound.
I had tried to change the movie of .mov to .avi and the problem didn’t disappear.

SuperLab 4.0.5 on Windows does not supports QuickTime. If you just changed the extension of the file from .mov to .avi, the problem won’t go away. The file needs to be in a format that DirectX’s VMR9 can recognize. By default, this includes MPG and some AVI files. Installing DivX will enable additional format support.
