Font colour in trial variables

I’m new to superlab 4.5, I’m trying to set up a Stroop task were the stimuli list contains 50 words. Each word needs to be in a one of four colours, the presentation of the colour needs to be random. I have read through many of the online forums but can’t not seem to randomise the colour in the lists. In many of the forums people have been told to use the ‘trial variables list’ to randomise the colour. I have no idea how to link the trial variable colours to the stimuli list.

Any help would be great, thanks.

Hi I am also having issues with randomizing/changing the colors on my Stroop Task. Do you mind sharing how you did yours?

In SuperLab, click on the Experiment menu and choose Trial Levels. Then create one of type Color.

Then, when editing the words in the Event Editor, tell SuperLab to use that new trial level.
