I have a student using SuperLab and presenting video files. We have turned the sound up but there isn’t any sound. Could this be a problem on SuperLab?

It’s hard to tell from the brief description. What happens if you try to play the movies directly in Windows? do you hear a sound?

I have spoken to the student and apparently the files work when played outside of superlab
