- I have quite a lot of v4.* licences, only some of which are installed and activated as yet. Due to various operations within our IT department I have lost track of one of the licences. i.e. I have the licence number but not the actual PC or it’s ID and Activation numbers. How do I relinquish the initial installation so that I can re-use this licence number and start again?
