I have already reported this problem a couple of weeks ago.
It looks like on some versions of Windows 7 the Demo version of the program doesn’t work - it is impossible to check the boxes to the left of the trials and events names. This problem seems to be correlated with the incorrect appearence of letters on Superlab launch panel seen while the program is being switched on.

Your colleague Michael contacted us and sent more details regarding the differences in the two computers. I’ve forwarded this information to the developers who will be looking into this.
After looking into this further, we were able to conclude that these problems with linking the trials to the blocks is actually the same issue explained on this older forum thread started by Tzvi.
The workaround for making SuperLab behave correctly on Hebrew systems (and other right-to-left systems) is shown on the prior thread: http://community.cedrus.com/showthread.php?t=545
