Hi everyone,
I am using Superlab version 4, and some of the events I will be showing participants will contain a a jpeg picture that is in the centre of the screen, as well as a text box below where the participant can write an answer to a question. My problem is that for some of the events the text box does not show, and for the rest of the events the text box shows up fine. According to the saved text file of participant responses, even if the text box is not visible it is recording the input that the participant types. I have gone through the event editor and I can’t see any differences between the events where the text box shows up and the ones where the text box disappears.
Does anyone know if this is a bug in superlab? Has anyone come across this problem before?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
