Superlab freezes picture for short videostimuli

We use the latest superlab version on an imac 7.1. The problem started in the condition for the shortest video which lasts 80 ms (quicktime player 10.0)- instead of playing a video, superlab just showed the picture with the sound.
The problem disappeared when we played the stimuli twice, that means we added an extra block with all the 80 ms stimuli before the actual experiment. So the video would freeze the first time they it was played but not the second time, in the actual experiment.
But now that problem also occured for the other stimuli, which are videos about 120ms and 160 ms, and is not fixable…(a change in the way of loading the stimuli in the superlab conditions does not effect the problem at all)

any ideas what to do?

Thanks!

it seems to be the first frame (1 frame=40 ms) of every video which is not displayed…

Can you please post your experiment as an Experiment Package? You can find this under the File menu within SuperLab.
