n-back task

Hello, I’m a demo user and looking forward to the arrival of SuperLab licence now.

I want a single n-back task. In the n-back task, participants have to decide whether a currently presented visual stimulus matches the stimulus previously presented “n” trials back. Visual stimulus are presented randomly.
I’m not sure how to define if the response is correct or not, because the stimulus are presented randomly.

I referred to the following thread, but I could not understand well.

Thank you in advance for your help.

You will have to go through each event and define it as either “correct” or “not correct”. This way, even if it’s randomized each event has already been defined.

If you are having trouble, please attach your experiment as an Experiment Package. You can find this under the File menu within SuperLab.

Thank you very much for your kindly advice. I’ll try.Thank you.

single n-task

I have to programme a single n-back task for a college assignment using superlab. Just wondering if the above advice worked for you? Or if you have any other advice that could help me? Thanks
