Deactivation Problem - Urgent

Hi,

I am trying to deactivate the Superlab license on one computer, so that I can use in on another. I have tried following the instructions for doing this, but when I try to click on the “More Options” button within the “License/User Information” popup, nothing happens (the letters are greyed out).

Please help.
