Is it possible to use the accessory port with the response pad (rb 730) in ascii mode? I’d like to connect a custom response pad and have the rb730 mirror those key presses.
Yes. The mode setting (ASCII, XID, etc.) affects only the protocol used for sending data over the USB port. The Accessory Connector works independently of which mode the USB port is set to.
