Hi, do you guys have driver for RB-830 on 64-bit XP

I downloaded the common driver but the 64-bit XP complains it doesn’t support.

Hi,

I am here looking for help on why I can’t install the driver for my new RB-530. I’ve followed the instructions at http://www.cedrus.com/support/rb_series/tn1042_install_rbx30_win.htm, and Windows says it can’t find any suitable driver in C:\Temp\CedrusUSB. However I’m running 64-bit Windows XP. If I’ve understood this post correctly, you’re saying none of your products will work on my machine?

Hi Jenny,

Please see this updated support page. It now includes a link to the driver for the 64-bit edition of Vista.

Please note that this driver may or may not work with the 64-bit edition of Windows XP that you want, but it’s worth a try. We have no plans to officially support the 64-bit edition of Windows XP.
