Problem with Response Pad RB-834

Hello,

I’m encountering difficulties with installing the Response Pad RB-834 on Windows 8.

I followed the steps described here :

And it worked on one computer. But when I tried on another one it looks like the FTClean doesn’t succeed to erase everything properly. Then in the MProg step I only get :

Number Of Blank Devices = 1
Number Of Programmed Devices = 0

Instead of the opposite as it should be.

Any help or guidelines would be very appreciated, I’m fighting with this for weeks now.

PS:

I understood from reading different threads that the MProg step should be done with a Windows XP machine but strangely enough it worked fine on the first computer I was working on with Windows 8.
