when i want to update, this is the response: update.jpg
where is my error?
Unfortunately, the 1st generation SV-1 cannot be updated via a computer. Only the second generation ones can (marked with 2G on the bottom).
If you can send your SV-1 unit back to us, we will do the firmware upgrade and send it back to you. Please send an email to arrange for a return.
