Anyone using an RB-834 box in Windows 7? My problem is that the computer does not seem to automatically detect the box, and therefore does not go through the process to get the drivers installed. The box worked fine with the same computer on Win XP, and the USB drives seem to automatically detect other devices. The box is still detected by another computer running XP. The installation procedure on the Cedrus page lists Win 7 as supported, so I’m not sure what’s going on here.
Any ideas?
*UPDATE – I did manage to figure this out. New to Win7; it turns out that the box was detected, but had to go to hardware properties to see it. It showed up as “USB Device” in “Other devices”
