My department owns a PowerLab by AdInstruments, a Cedrus StimTracker, and we run SuperLab 4.5. Last year we had everything set up so that it worked perfectly to send event markers from superlab to lab chart via the stimtracker. Over the summer our IT department installed new computers with Windows 7 in our physio lab. We installed all of the drivers for all of the equipment, but now when we try to send event markers from SuperLab to the LabChart we get the following message:

Failed to load shared library ‘C:\ProgramFiles(x86)\SuperLab 4.5\Plug-ins\Measurement Computing IO.dll’ (error 126: the specified module could not be found)

Since this worked fine last year on another computer I know we should have all of the appropriate software, but I'm not able to figure out how to rectify the error. Any help you could provide would be much appreciated.

The message you are receiving means that you need a driver for the Measurement Computing I/O card. Your last experiment must have been set-up to use a Measurement Computing I/O card. Below is a link where you can find the driver information.

Thanks! We actually figured out that it was a settings issue in my DigitalOutput event in SuperLab. Once I fixed that I no longer got the error message.
