Is it possible in SuperLab 4.0 to change the location for 'correct' mouse clicks on a per-event or per-trial basis? It seems to be an experiment-scoped setting as far as I can tell.

yes and no.
Responses are created globally. You can create more than just the two responses in order to specify different locations on the screen.
Alternately, you can specify that a response be automatically determined by the position of the visual stimulus. If you present multiple stimuli simultaneously, give each one of them a different automatic position as their correct response. In doing this, each of the stimuli will have a response associated with them, but the actual correct response will be dependent on the last event presented.
